Lenin.  The city name reverted back to Saint Petersburg following the collapse of the Soviet State in 1992.  It was the capital of Russia from 1712 to 1918.  The city was also named a 'Hero City' on May 1st 1945 and had received two Orders of Lenin, the Order of the October Revolution, and the Order of the Red Banner.
