This section is dedicated to pictures of the Yak-36 'Forger' vertical take off and landing aircraft.  As always, our pictures are all originals taken at some time when the aircraft was in active service.  We will add more photographs as they are acquired, but until then, will do our best with what we have.

  

Forger on Deck

In this picture we have a view of a Yak-36 'Forger' on the deck of a Soviet carrier.

The picture was taken by the US Navy, but no location or date were given.

 

     

Forger in Color

This picture was taken during the Cold War by a NATO aircraft.  It shows a 'Forger' in color.

Like many photos in our possession, it does not tell where or when it was taken.
