Specialized Field Gear of The Early Cold War (1946-1959)

This section contains specialized field gear that was in use by the Soviet military during the early Cold War.  In it you will find radiation detectors, gas masks, and flight gear.  Much of this equipment was developed in response to the nuclear arms race of the early Cold War.  Additional pieces of field gear will be added as they are acquired.  In any case we will attempt to place descriptions of each item along with detailed photographs.
