Abandoned BA-10 and KV-2

German soldiers advance past an abandoned BA-10 armored car.  Just behind it is a massive KV-2 heavy tank that is likely also abandoned.  While this German photo comes with no location, its date can safely be assumed to be either 1941 or 1942.

Close up of a BA-10 front

Here you can see the front end of a BA-10 as seen from inside a German truck.  The 45mm turret and the DT machine gun are both clearly visible.  This picture was taken by a German solider sometime during the early stages of the Patriotic War.  No location was given.
